This past weekend, I participated in the Relay for Life at Kennebunk High School. My team joined hundreds of people to walk the track for 12 hours overnight. As a group we raised over $400,000 dollars for cancer research.
It was my first experience joining a Relay for Life and plan to do again in future years. It's been a long time since I've stayed up though the night, but the cause was worth it. The 12 hours of non stop walking represents the fight people go through with cancer. It's never ending. To learn more about how you can participate visit:
